Gently wipe tiles with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Dry immediately with a soft towel. Do not soak or submerge in water, and avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals to preserve the finish.

Quality & Replacement Policy

We take pride in offering beautifully designed mahjong tiles and want you to enjoy every game.

Eligible for Single-Tile Replacement:

• Manufacturing defects such as peeling or misaligned designs.

• Excessive ink overflow that cannot be removed with gentle cleaning.

• Missing or incorrect tiles.

• Visible cracks, chips, or damage sustained during shipping.

Refunds & Limitations:

Minor individual imperfections may qualify for replacement tiles or partial refunds rather than a full-set return. Significant verified manufacturing issues, severe color discrepancies, or extensive damage will be reviewed individually for an appropriate resolution, including a possible remake or partial refund.

Important Production Notes

Each tile features engraved detailing and individually applied color. Small variations in engraving, color placement, print alignment, and finish may naturally occur during production.
