We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All our goods are made to order and we do warranty against print or damaged goods, ie. tears or rips. We will replace or offer a store credit. In order to qualify please contact us along with photos of your issue within 3 days of receiving. Otherwise all sales are final. American Mahjong Tiles:
Technical Tolerances (Normal Variations):
In custom mahjong production, slight variances in tile weight are completely unavoidable and fall within standard industry specifications. These minor fluctuations are caused by a combination of technical factors during manufacturing:
Glue Application Density: Micro-variations in the thickness of the structural adhesive layer.
Polishing Cycle Duration: Natural variance during the high-speed mechanical polishing and buffing stages.
Laser Engraving Depth: Subtle differences in the machine-guided carving of complex character fonts.
These elements are normal mechanical tolerances and do not compromise the playability or structural integrity of the set.
Flawless Replacement Plan (Defective Tiles Only):
However, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy for actual print defects. For any tiles exhibiting severe print blurring, artwork overlapping, or structural thickness defects, we are fully prepared to manufacture and dispatch individual replacements to you free of charge.
Please provide a specific list of the tiles requiring replacement (e.g., Three of a Kind, West Wind, etc.), along with a photograph clearly showing the blurred defects on the affected cards, so that we may log this information in our Quality Control (QC) records.
Once we receive your list, we will lock in the production queue to get your replacements minted immediately!
Mat Condition & Crease Policy
Most of our mats are shipped folded, and as a result, it is completely normal for them to arrive with slight creases. These creases do not impact gameplay or the overall functionality of the mat and the crease will relax over a short period of time.
Because this is a natural occurrence and does not affect performance, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or warranty claims for mats that arrive with creasing.
If you would like to reduce or remove creases, a simple at-home remedy is recommended:

Lightly mist the mat with water and lay flat to dry.This process typically helps relax the material and diminish visible creasing.

NOTE: Colors can slightly vary depending on your viewing device and setting. This also does not fall under a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a replacement or store credit your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Disclaimer: Watercolor designs naturally feature soft edges, subtle variations, and organic blending. They may not have sharp, crisp lines or uniform color application. This is a normal characteristic of the medium and part of its artistic style. None of my watercolor designs fall under a refund for this reason. Also items are non refundable for simply do not like or colors do not match. We do our best to depict our products as close to true life in color.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
