🛡️ Our Quality Promise

At Splash of Mahj & Color Co., we take pride in offering unique, made-to-order designs and stand behind the quality of our products.

Eligible for Replacement:

Individual tile replacements are available for verified manufacturing defects, including:

• Peeling or lifting of printed artwork
• Inverted or significantly misaligned patterns
• Excessive ink overflow that cannot be cleaned
• Missing tiles or incorrect tile types
• Visible cracks, chips, or damage occurring during shipping

We are happy to work with you to resolve any verified manufacturing or shipping-related issues.

Returns, Refunds & Limitations

Because our tiles are made to order, all sales are considered final unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or shipping-related damage.

For isolated tile defects, individual replacements are our preferred resolution rather than returning or replacing an entire set.

Minor individual imperfections do not automatically qualify an order for a full refund.

For significant manufacturing issues affecting a substantial portion of the set, such as severe color deviations or extensive damage, we will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, remake, or refund.

All resolutions are subject to our store policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

🎨 A Little Note About Our Printing Process

Every set is individually produced, and slight variations in color, print positioning, or dimensions may occur between production batches.

Because of the intricacies of UV printing and layered acrylic construction, minor differences are a normal part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects when they do not affect the appearance or functionality of the tiles.

We appreciate your understanding of the care and craftsmanship involved in creating these distinctive, made-to-order sets.
