Quality Assurance & Replacement Policy

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our Mahjong tiles.

Eligible for Single-Tile Replacement:

• Inverted, misaligned, or incorrectly printed patterns.

• Excess ink or printing imperfections that cannot be cleaned.
