Individual tile replacements are available for verified manufacturing defects, including:

• Inverted or significantly misaligned designs

• Ink overflow that cannot be cleaned

• Missing or incorrect tiles

• Visible cracks or chips caused during transit

Refunds & Limitations

For minor defects affecting individual tiles, replacement tiles or an appropriate partial refund may be provided rather than a full-set return. In the unlikely event of a significant manufacturing issue, such as severe color deviation or extensive damage, an appropriate resolution, including a partial refund or remake, will be determined after verification.

Occasional light surface ink residue may also occur during production and can typically be removed with a clean, damp cloth.
