• Dry immediately with a clean, soft towel.

• Never soak or submerge tiles in water.

• Avoid harsh cleaners and abrasive materials.

QUALITY GUARANTEE & TILE REPLACEMENTS

We want you to love your new mahjong tiles!

Because our sets are specially produced, we offer individual tile replacements for verified manufacturing defects, including:

• Peeling or defective printed designs

• Inverted or noticeably misaligned patterns

• Excessive ink overflow that cannot be gently cleaned

• Missing or incorrect tiles

• Visible cracks or chips caused during shipping

Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect gameplay are considered normal manufacturing characteristics.

Refunds & Returns: As a small, made-to-order business, we do not accept full-set returns for minor individual tile imperfections. Individual replacements are our preferred solution for qualifying defects. For significant, verified manufacturing issues that cannot reasonably be corrected, a partial refund or replacement set may be arranged.

A LITTLE NOTE ABOUT OUR TILES

Our layered acrylic tiles feature engraved and color-filled details along with UV-printed artwork. Because of the detailed production and finishing process, slight variations in color, engraving, ink application, positioning, or dimensions may occur.

Small cosmetic differences and minor removable surface ink residue are normal and do not affect the quality or playability of your set.
