Perfect For

Ideal for American Mahjong games, Mahjong club gatherings, family game nights, parties, or gifting to a Mahjong enthusiast. These personalized tiles add a fun and distinctive touch to every game.

Care Instructions

To clean, simply wipe the tiles with a damp, soft cloth and mild soap to remove oils, fingerprints, or dirt. Dry immediately with a soft towel. Do not soak or submerge the tiles in water, as prolonged exposure may affect the finish.

Replacement Policy

We offer single-tile replacements for verified manufacturing defects, including:

• Peeling or damaged printing
• Inverted or significantly misaligned designs
• Ink overflow that cannot be cleaned
• Missing tiles or incorrect tile types
• Visible cracks or chips caused during shipping

Refunds & Limitations

Minor individual imperfections that fall within a reasonable manufacturing range do not qualify for a full-order return. For significant, unfixable issues—such as severe color deviation or extensive damage—we will work with you to determine an appropriate partial refund or replacement/remake after verification.

Important Notes

Each set is produced using a combination of hand-carved and hand-colored techniques. Because of this, slight variations and small handmade imperfections are a natural part of the process and should be expected. These variations are not considered defects.

Minor surface ink overflow may occasionally occur and can often be removed by gently wiping with a clean, damp cloth.

Color & Production Variations

Please note that slight differences in color, design placement, and tile size may occur between production batches due to variations in machinery, materials, and printing conditions. These subtle differences are a normal part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects or grounds for after-sales service.

Thank you for understanding and appreciating the craftsmanship and individuality of each set!
