• Ink overflow that cannot be cleaned

• Missing or incorrect tiles

• Cracked or chipped tiles resulting from shipping damage

Refunds & Limitations

If a verified manufacturing issue cannot be resolved with replacement tiles, we will gladly work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a partial refund or remake when warranted. Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect gameplay are considered part of the production process and are not eligible for full-order returns.

Handmade & Production Notes

Each Mahjong set is individually engraved and hand-finished. Because of this process, slight variations in color, engraving, or placement may occur and are considered normal characteristics that make each set unique. Minor surface ink residue may occasionally be present and can typically be removed with a clean, damp cloth.
