Care Instructions

Keep your tiles looking fabulous with a little TLC!

• Gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap.

• Dry immediately with a clean, soft towel.

• Never soak or submerge your tiles in water.

• Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

• Handle with care to help prevent chips, scratches, or damage to the acrylic.

Quality Assurance & Tile Replacements

We take pride in our designs and want you to love every tile!

Individual tile replacements are available for verified manufacturing defects, including:

• Peeling or defective printed designs.

• Inverted or noticeably misaligned patterns.

• Excessive ink overflow that cannot be removed through gentle cleaning.

• Missing or incorrect tiles.

• Visible cracks or chips caused during shipping.

Refunds & Replacement Policy

Minor imperfections affecting individual tiles are generally resolved through a replacement tile or an appropriate partial refund rather than a full-set return.

For significant manufacturing defects, substantial color discrepancies, or widespread damage, a partial refund or replacement set may be arranged following review and verification.

A Note About Craftsmanship

Our mahjong tiles feature individually engraved and colored details. Because of the production and finishing processes, slight variations in engraving, coloring, or ink placement may occur.

These small characteristics are considered normal and do not affect gameplay. Minor surface ink residue can typically be removed with a soft, damp cloth.

Please Note

Colors, dimensions, and print placement may vary slightly between production batches due to differences in materials, machinery, and printing processes.

These minor variations are a natural part of custom manufacturing and are not considered defects.
