- For significant manufacturing issues, such as severe color deviation or extensive damage, a partial refund or replacement order will be offered after verification.

Each tile is individually engraved and hand-finished. Because of this process:
- Minor variations are normal and add to the uniqueness of each set.
- Slight ink overflow may occasionally occur and can typically be removed with a clean, damp cloth.
- Small differences in color, print placement, or sizing between production batches are expected and are not considered manufacturing defects.
