• Partial refunds may be issued for verified manufacturing defects.
• Full-order returns are not accepted for minor individual imperfections.
• In the rare event of major manufacturing issues, such as significant color deviation or extensive damage, we will work with you on either a partial refund or a replacement after verification.

Handmade Characteristics

Each Mahjong tile is individually engraved and hand-colored. Slight variations are a natural part of the production process and add to the uniqueness of every set. Minor ink residue may occasionally be present and can typically be removed with a clean, damp cloth.
