A Quick Note About Production & Shipping
Every item in our shop is lovingly made to order just for you-nothing is sitting on a shelf collecting dust! Because each piece is created especially for your order, your mahjong mats and tiles will arrive in approximately 30 business days. Mahjong Tiles, Mats and some other accessories are made overseas by my trusted partner. All designs are exclusively made by Splash Of Mahj And Color Co. in my home base office in the USA.
As a small business creating custom products, all sales are final. However, if there is ever a manufacturing defect or quality issue, don't worry-I will promptly make it right.
Please take a moment to read listing details carefully before ordering. If you have questions, I'm always happy to help! Feel free to reach out through chat or email before placing your order.
Thank you for supporting a small business where every order is made especially for you. Good things take time-and unlike your Mahjong friends, I promise I'm not hiding your tiles! 😊
