• Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap when needed.

• Dry immediately with a soft towel.

• Do not soak or submerge tiles in water.

• Avoid abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals to preserve the finish.

Quality & Replacement Policy

We want you to love your tiles! Individual tile replacements are available for verified manufacturing defects, including:

• Peeling or damaged printed designs

• Inverted or significantly misaligned patterns

• Excessive ink overflow that cannot be removed with gentle cleaning

• Missing tiles or incorrect tile types

• Visible cracks, chips, or damage occurring during shipping

Significant manufacturing issues, severe color deviations, or extensive damage will be reviewed for a possible partial refund or replacement set.

A Little Note About Production

Each tile set goes through multiple stages of engraving, coloring, printing, and assembly. Because of this detailed production process, slight variations in color, alignment, size, or finish may occur.

Small cosmetic inconsistencies that do not affect the appearance or functionality of the tiles are considered normal and are not eligible for replacement.

Occasional minor surface ink residue may be gently removed with a clean, damp cloth.
