Caring for Your Mahjong Tiles

To keep your tiles looking beautiful for many Mahjong seasons to come:

• Gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth to remove fingerprints, oils, or dirt.
• Use a small amount of mild soap when necessary.
• Dry immediately with a soft towel.
• Avoid soaking or submerging tiles in water.
• Store in a cool, dry location when not in use.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals that may damage the printed finish.

Quality Assurance & Replacement Policy

We want you to love your new Mahjong tiles!

While every set is carefully produced, occasional manufacturing imperfections may occur.

Eligible for Single-Tile Replacement:

• Peeling or defective printed surfaces
• Upside-down or misaligned artwork
• Excessive ink overflow that cannot be cleaned
• Missing tiles or incorrect tile types
• Visible cracks, chips, or damage during shipping

Whenever possible, individual replacement tiles will be provided rather than replacing an entire set.

Refunds & Manufacturing Limitations

For minor, isolated manufacturing defects, individual replacements or partial refunds may be offered when appropriate. Full-set returns are not accepted for minor individual imperfections.

In the unlikely event of significant production issues, such as substantial color deviations or widespread damage, a partial refund or replacement set may be considered following verification.

A Note About Our Production Process

Our Mahjong tiles are made to order, allowing us to offer unique, artistically inspired collections rather than mass-produced designs.

Because each set is individually manufactured using specialized UV-printing techniques on the back design, slight variations in color, print positioning, and dimensions may occur between production batches.

These minor variations are a natural part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
